30' MARKET TOUR
After pick you up at your hotel, we will go a 30 minutes TOUR at the local thai market to Learn the beauty of thai herbs, spicies and vegetables.
We will buy everything fresh at the market for the 4 dishes of your choice.
2 HOURS COOKING CLASS AT HOME
4 dishes course of your own choice (choice of the group)
You will learn 4 dishes with our certified teacher.
+ the delicious Tapioca in coconut milk with thai melon and corn or banana coconut milk in dessert!
LUNCH OR DINNER
After the 2 hours session of cooking, you will enjoy lunch or dinner together, 4 dishes to eat per persons and the delicious banana in coconut milk in dessert!! do not eat too much before the class!!
Free transfer from and back to your hotel for Chaweng, Chaweng Noi, Bophut, Mae Nam, bang rak, and Choen mon Area...
(Not in the pick up area meeting at Smiley cook cooking class)
4 DISHES TO CHOOSE :
the small group choose together the menu (4 dishes) before the market tour.
8 persons class maximum, everyone cooks the 4 dishes.
total 16 plates at the end if 4 persons class for instance! (20 plates if 5 persons class)
(We recommend 1 soup, 1 curry, pad thai and 1 fried dish or 1 salad.... but you will decide together anything you like!)
